Nama · Spice · Coal

More than a snack. A taste of where we come from.

Across West Africa, kilishi has long been prepared with patience: beef sliced thin, rubbed with spice, and dried over heat until every bite carries deep, savoury flavour. Our name holds the three things that make it: nama, the meat; spice, the soul; and coal, the fire.

Proudly Ghanaian. Made for everywhere.

We craft our kilishi in Ghana with carefully selected African spices, and package it for life on the move: at the market, in the office, on the road, or on a flight to somewhere new.

Our ambition is simple: to share the bold flavours of African food culture with the world, one pouch at a time.
